Allen White is a screenwriter, filmmaker, and film journalist. He has written for such publications as Film Threat, GreenCine, and AllMovie.com.

In 2004, the 35mm feature film "Me & Mrs. Jones," for which White was the screenwriter, was released on DVD by Ventura. It stars Kim Fields (from television's "Facts of Life" and "Living Single"), and features a soundtrack by double-platinum recording artist D'Wayne Wiggins of Tony! Toni! Toné!. The film screened at numerous festivals, including its selection as the opening night film for the Black Filmworks Film Festival, where it won awards for best feature and best film, and was the opening night film for the Hollywood Black Film Festival.

White authored the About.com Screenwriting website for 2˝ years, which featured his original content about the craft and business of screenwriting, including a book-length screenwriting tutorial. He has been a screenplay consultant and tutor for numerous private clients. He was also a programmer for the San Francisco Independent Film Festival and SF DocFest.

Mr. White lives in San Francisco, the town of his birth, with his cute wife. He is still obsessed with Ultraman.
